
Recently, many quality inspectors of cooperative enterprises came to consult us on how to judge the quality problems of wine bottle caps. When wine bottle cap products arrive, how should they be properly accepted to avoid the loss of fake products caused to consumers?
According to the different acceptance steps and objects, it can be briefly divided into the following three aspects.
1. Transportation damage. When the manufacturer's bottle cap product arrives, consumers should not rush to unload or accept it. One or more boxes of products should be selected first, the package should be opened, and the person who came to transport should check whether the products are squeezed or broken due to transportation.
2. Functional test. Under the condition that the appearance of the product is not damaged, the consumer should cover it on the wine bottle, and flip the wine bottle upside down or shake it to check whether there is liquid leakage.
3. Specifications. After completing the above two steps, consumers should also strictly compare whether the product parameters: length, width, and volume are customized at the time.
